Position: Content Designer

 

Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites. Create the most complex industry-leading user interface design solutions. Lead teams of customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies. Provide regulatory support. Provide customer service by solving operational issues. Support the unit's commitment to customers' satisfaction through fast and courteous service via telephone and written correspondence. Process customer service requests such as address changes and statement copies. Work under minimal supervision. Fill customer orders with supervision. Take and execute complex solicited or unsolicited investment orders in Sales or Trading Representative's absence. Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff. Req'd Qualifications (US): 7+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

 

Job Title: UX Designer or Voice/Speech Designer

Project Scope/Job Details:

-Transformation of contact center to cloud in order for more centralized tools. This includes legacy work to improve current platforms

.-Need someone to take on the design work for the legacy platform maintenance, they will be doing voice interface designs for enhancements such as prompts etc. 

-Working with PO’s, Business Analysts and SME’s to enhance designs, they will receive requirements then begin to work on their designs 

-The resource will be looking at design standards, will need to support crafting those standards and employing them

-Freelance designers can be a fit but will need to possess the specific voice/speech designer, IBR systems 

-Familiarity with conversational design and menu based designs 

 

Technical skills

-NAS-industry tool for nuance of platforms of IVR-Speech components (Official source of record for the design) 

-DDS -Detailed design specifications

-Familiarity with other nuance tools such as Nuance client portal (NCP) and On demand insights (ODI)

 

Years of Experience required: -6+ years of relevant professional experience is desired
