Conversational AI Designer

As a Conversational AI Designer, you'll have responsibility for end-to-end automated conversational experiences. Applying modern toolkits and frameworks to achieve best-in-class customer experience and utilization/containment. Training, testing, and tuning of full conversation lifecycle (utterances, intents, and entities). Leveraging modern model validation techniques to ensure functional and high-quality user experiences (F1, confusion matrices, precision, recall). Working with product and engineering teams to implement conversational user experiences. Evaluating emerging conversational UI and AI capabilities and tools. Documenting conversational design, dialog flows, wireframes, and templates (flat vs goal-driven) to influence iterative approaches to improve conversational designs, architecture, and strategy. Composing dialog and other related copy for conversational experiences that align with best practices and brand guidelines. Contributing to requirements gathering, user stories, estimates, and road mapping.  Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities


  • Training, testing and tuning of full conversation lifecycle including model validation.
  • Partnering and collaborating cross-enterprise to implement best-in-class customer experience and utilization.
  • Documenting conversational design, dialog flows, wireframes and templates (flat vs goal-driven) to influence iterative approaches to improve conversational designs, architecture and strategy.
  • Evaluating emerging conversational AI and natural language capabilities to influence our domain and tooling strategy.
  • Composing dialog and other related copy for conversational experiences that align with best practices and brand guidelines

Minimum Qualifications 

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Graphic Design or related field 
  • 2+ years Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience
  • 2+ years Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Conversation Design

Compensation: $65,000 to $109,800
